Using Outbid.pet
By submitting content or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and the Rules. You must be at least 18 and legally able to make the payment, or act with the permission of the person responsible for the payment method.
Leaderboard bids
A bid purchases a place on a public leaderboard at the time payment is confirmed. Rankings can change immediately when another payment qualifies for a higher position. Bids are not auctions for property, prizes, ownership rights or charitable donations.
No guaranteed results
We do not promise how long a listing will retain a rank or how many views, clicks, shares, followers or other benefits it will receive. Availability, traffic and the continued operation of the site are not guaranteed.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photo and text. You confirm that you have permission to submit them and that they do not infringe privacy, copyright or other rights. You give Outbid.pet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and promote the submitted content for operating and marketing the leaderboard.
Removal
We may reject, hide or remove a listing that breaks the Rules, creates legal or safety risk, receives a credible rights complaint or interferes with the service. Removal does not automatically create a refund entitlement, although we will follow any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Refunds and disputes
Because placement is supplied when payment is confirmed, completed bids are generally final unless the service fails to publish the listing, a duplicate payment occurs, or applicable law requires a refund. Contact us promptly with the payment date, amount and pet name if there is a genuine payment problem. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may lead to removal.
Service changes
We may change, suspend or end features to maintain security, comply with law or operate the service. If the permanent board is closed, existing listings may stop being displayed.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Outbid.pet is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, lost publicity, third-party content or changes in leaderboard position. Our total liability relating to a paid bid will not exceed the amount paid for that bid.
